The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association (PHCC) strongly welcomes President Trump’s Executive Order on Worker Investment and Development. With the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projecting a need for over 114,500 skilled workers in trades by 2028, this executive order underscores the critical importance of investing in the p-h-c community.
