Technidea Corporation presents its new US$999 ZipLevel PRO-2030 as “the World’s fastest, easiest, most powerful level with paper-thin precise unlimited ranges.” Designed and built in the USA for contractors, engineers, surveyors, inspectors, and construction professionals, the ZipLevel delivers faster setup, greater productivity, and saves time and money with paper-thin precision without the limitations of rotary lasers and historic clear tube altimeters.
Unlike rotary lasers that require tripods, grade rods, line-of-sight, calibration, and calculations, the self-contained ZipLevel sets up in approximately two seconds and packs up in under five seconds, often completing measurements faster than a rotary laser setup. Its patented pressurized hydrostatic technology eliminates bubbles for paper-thin precision elevation measurements over unlimited ranges without calculations, line-of-sight, distance, or earth curvature error.
The self-cased ZipLevel delivers 0.01-in., 1/64-in. paper-thin precision over 50 feet vertically and a 200-foot circle on a single setup and differential levels over unlimited ranges without calculations. Internal memory has been expanded from 137 readings to 10,000 stored measurements, allowing crews to capture, review, and document projects more efficiently. Its 20 powerful functions include storage for 10,000 readings and prediction of final level or pile/hole volumes.
NEW FEATURES
The ZipLevel now features a backlit display and built-in BlueTooth for optional SmartLink App with bracket reduced from $265 to $99 ($49 without bracket). Setup vertical range has been increased from 40 to 50 feet, and the high-precision setup vertical range up from 4 to 50 feet.
Internal data storage has increased from 137 to 10,000, and 9V battery life has tripled for 2 to 3 years of typical daily use. There is a new invert function for excavators and tank level readings, improved access doors and audio, and future software upgrades are now possible.
