This Old House Selects GCP Applied Technologies’ Bituthene Waterproofing System to Protect 2021 Project 

ALPHARETTA, GA – October 19, 2021 – GCP Applied Technologies, a leading global provider of construction products technologies, announces that its post-applied waterproofing membrane, BITUTHENE®, was used on the renovation of the This Old House® Concord, Massachusetts project and will be featured on the Emmy Award-winning TV series this fall.

The new This Old House® episodes feature the renovation of an 1880 New England Cape in historic Concord, Massachusetts. GCP’s BITUTHENE® waterproofing system was used on the basement walls of the historic home. The post-applied waterproofing membrane has proven effectiveness on countless projects and was chosen to keep the home’s basement protected from water intrusion.
