Beginning as woodchip blowers more than 70 years ago, today there are a variety of Express Blower (EB) machines, some powerful enough to productively blow 1.5-inch aggregates more than 1,800 feet and soil blends more than 2,000 feet.* Including all available power packages, as well as the newly designed PTO driven high-output “HO” models and the compact TR-HD model, EB now offers 11 different machines. There are also two machines available through the Express Mulcher™ line, with walking floor, hose reel, and limited options for companies interested in a more economical machine to be used primarily for lightweight material applications.

Express Blower machines are built to last, and this longevity has resulted in a vigorous used equipment market. Recognizing that building new machines plus refurbishing used machines could strain factory and personnel capacity, EB partnered with Conveyor Application Systems, LLC (CAS) to assist in the refurbishment and sale of used EB machines. CAS is a Rexius Forest By-Products company which was the inventor of EB machines and the creator of Express Blower, Inc. Their knowledge and experience are a great asset to this market.
