SOLID COILS
Coils are designed and manufactured in-house as well. The coil pipe is purchased directly from the mill in lengths up to twice as long as the competition. This minimizes seam welds within the coils. Easy Kleen coils are solid. 100% pipe penetration is achieved during the fusion welding process versus the competitors stick welding process, which only yields 60-70% pipe penetration. The pipe is elliptically wound with a CNC 11 axis pipe maneuvering machine which eliminates flow restrictions. Each layer of pipe is structurally braced and welded to the next to reduce pipe vibration and wear. The coil mounting studs are welded directly to the coil pipe, the pipe cannot move around within its skin. Everything down to the cutting and rolling of the skins to the stamping of the lids is carried out within the factory. CRN/ASME 30.1 pressure vessel coded coils are also available.
Rugged: the only word needed to describe Easy Kleen frames. Fully welded with 3 mil power coat finish, these frames will stand the test of time. Designed in-house using 3D Solidworks software, each frame is designed for maximum serviceability. All of the components on an Easy Kleen machine are easy to access, which makes them easy to maintain and service.
