The Concrete Sawing and Drilling Association (CSDA), the nation’s leading non-profit organization dedicated to advancing diamond tools in the construction and renovation industry, has announced its 2025-2026 leaders and industry award winners.   

Mark DeSchepper was elected president for 2025-2026. DeSchepper serves as president of Echo GPR. He was instrumental in establishing the industry’s only GPR Certification Program and continues to lead the program as the lead instructor. 

Outgoing president Kellie Kimball says, “Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to the role of president. His experience will be invaluable as CSDA charts its next course.”   

Also elected to the board for the 2025-2026 term were Bill Fisher, National Research Company, as vice president and David Perkins, Hilti, as secretary-treasurer.

Dan Foley, President of Cobra Concrete Cutting, was honored with the Outstanding Achievement Award for his commitment to CSDA as a board member and volunteer who has been instrumental in bringing fresh ideas and solutions that support CSDA members.  

The Lifetime Achievement Award, granted to a member who has rendered outstanding service to the sawing and drilling industry, was awarded to Weldon Birch, president of Cal-West Concrete Cutting, Inc. who has worked in the industry for more than 60 years.
