Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP announces that Birmingham partner David Pugh was elected as the 2025 National Chair of the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) National Board of Directors. He was elected to the one-year term at the ABC’s annual Leadership Institute meeting held November 12-14 in Scottsdale, Arizona and serves beginning January 1, 2025.

A long-time active member of the ABC, Mr. Pugh is a member of the executive committee and previously served on the national board of directors. He also served as the southeast region vice chair after holding several leadership positions with the Alabama chapter.

The ABC is a national construction industry trade association with more than 23,000 members representing all specialties within the U.S. construction industry. Founded in 1950, ABC and its 67 chapters help members develop people, win work, and deliver that work safely, ethically, and profitably.
