W. R. Meadows expands its Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) portfolio, adding multiple products across its waterproofing and concrete construction lines. Newly published EPDs are now available for concrete curing and densifier products (Sil-Crete, Med-Cure, Liqui-Hard, Liqui-Hard Ultra) and waterproofing membrane products (HRM 714, Precon).

This brings the company to a total of 65 product and plant-specific EPDs for 23 of its most widely used solutions across a range of high-performance air barriers, waterproofing membranes, primers, concrete curing compounds, and concrete densifiers and hardeners.

Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) are standardized, third-party verified documents that communicate a product’s environmental impacts across its life cycle, from raw material extraction through manufacturing and beyond. Developed using internationally recognized life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies, EPDs provide transparent, comparable data that help architects, engineers, and contractors make informed, sustainability-focused material selections and contribute to green building certifications.

W. R. Meadows developed these EPDs in collaboration with Sustainable Minds, an ISO 14025 program operator providing LCA expertise, digital tools, and guidance throughout the process. The Athena Sustainable Materials Institute conducted independent third-party verification to support accuracy, consistency, and credibility in accordance with industry standards.
