Eberspaecher’s new all-in-one energy management system offers “energy on the move” for construction contractors. The new Zeliox NEO 3600 energy management system serves as a mobile power source for a wide range of applications. The system enables reliable powering of thermal management applications such as Breezonic and E-Airtronic, while also supporting the operation of power tools on construction sites, the charging of equipment batteries, and the safe use of sensitive electronic devices during mobile service operations.

SMART ALTERNATIVE

Utility and construction professionals depend on consistent power—on job sites, in remote locations, and between service calls. Traditional generators are loud and maintenance-intensive. Vehicle idling wastes fuel and increases wear. Complex multi-component systems create installation effort and failure points. Zeliox offers a smarter, integrated alternative.

Based on 48-volt technology, the system uses thinner cables and lighter battery packs to transmit more energy with lower losses, making it ideal for powering energy-intensive onboard devices. The energy management system can be combined with 12-, 24-, 48- or 230-volt solutions to offer maximum flexibility.

A Zeliox Control Module can be added to serve as a connection box. It is directly connected to the battery and divides the current into six individually programmable channels. This means that tools, work light, or battery charging stations can be selected individually.

QUICK AND COMPACT

The Zeliox Neo 3600 combines battery, inverter, charger, and solar controller in one compact unit that is purpose-built for utility and cargo vehicles. It offers 3,600 W continuous output (7,200 W surge), integrated 120V AC sockets, Built-in battery heating for cold climates, and advanced safety features including GFCI protection.

Thanks to a compact design and quick installation, integration is easy, making Zeliox NEO 3600 ideal for modern vehicle concepts. The solution can be charged via the vehicle’s generator thanks to the fast DC/DC charging booster. As an alternative energy source, shore power or solar panels can be used in combination with the integrated charge controller (MPPT). This ensures that the power supply is secure at all times, regardless of location.

All the important system information is provided directly on the device via an integrated high-resolution color display. It is supplemented by app-based control via Bluetooth or, new for this model, an integrated 4G connection for remote access. The app provides real-time battery status, power consumption, and system alerts.
