American Ladder Institute (ALI) invites you to participate in the fifth Ladder Safety Training and Citations Survey. This survey helps ALI assess the effectiveness of ladder safety training across industries and identify trends related to ladder use, injuries, and OSHA citations. The most recent report was published in 2024.
Your experience matters. By completing this survey, you are helping ALI and the broader safety community better understand how ladder safety training is being delivered and where improvements are needed to reduce injuries and enhance ladder safety.
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and will not be connected to individual respondents or organizations.
The survey deadline is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
A summary report will be released by May 1 and shared through ALI’s website, social media channels, and press releases.
